Design Process
1. Initial Contact: Email me directly to start the discussion of your project needs. I’d be more than happy to let you know what logo or web design package will work best for you or I can also create a custom package to fit your needs.
2. Purchase: Once you select a logo or web design package, purchase it from my etsy shop to confirm your start date. Payment is required in full before the commence of the design.
3. Required Information: Next, you will receive a questionnaire via email. Please fill out all the questions so that I can have a better idea of the type of design you are looking for.
4. Design Stage: After I receive your email, I will review and discuss design details with you if needed. Then you can sit back and relax while I create your design. During the design stage, I will send you regular progress updates to let you know the status of your logo or website. You will receive your first preview within the time stated in the listing.
5. Revisions and Approval: Once you review the initial design, you will be able to request any major or minor design changes. I allow up to 2 or 3 major revisions (depending on the packaged purchased). This is where having a focused concept on your part really comes in handy. Knowing what you want for your logo or website is key to a satisfactory result. Once you approve your final design, any additional (major) changes will be billed at my hourly rate of $25 per hour (I’ll add a reserved listing on my Etsy shop).
6. Final Stage: After approval, I will send you instructions on how to login your account (in the case of a website). I’ll have you go through it one last time to check for any missing elements. After an all clear, you’re good to go! I’m always available if you have questions regarding your design.
